这一位是标志输出电流是否超过用户预先设定的电流限制。是基于副电源引脚V-的一标准CMOS逻辑电平。
即比V-高0V-0.8V之间为低电平，表示运放在低于预设限制电流的情况下工作。
当比V-高2V以上时为高电平，表示运放在高于预设限制电流的情况下了。

具体现象是这样的：OPA564采用单电源供电，Iset电阻设置为10K。OPA564在使能脚未打开的情况下Iflag一直是高电平3.3V，不知道是什么原因？
