IIB主要是切断电流。泄漏与温度呈指数关系，但即使在125℃下，根据数据表的限制，它也几乎不会增加额外的电流。我预计Vos随时间的漂移很小，因为零漂移以与温度漂移相同的方式校正时间漂移。
