光电探测器电路在0-30MHz内,放大16倍。输入200mv,输出得到2V-1.4V,慢慢降下来。但到30M以上到45M,到60M,输出又飙上去了,到3V以上。后来又加了一级低通滤波,也不顶用。用示波器看频谱,发现低频, 比如2.5M那频谱里会有凸出(振荡,不知道说法对不)。现在实在没辙了,求坛友们帮分析分析。
