150mA current increase at high temperature is completely normal, and similar to what we have seen in characterization.
The Tj is going to be directly related to the power consumption and the heat sinking capabilities of the board. In order to reduce Tj you will need to either reduce the power consumption of the device or increase the heat sinking capabilities of your PCB/system. You can lower the duty cycle, reduce the number of tx/rx, reduce tx output power, etc in order to reduce the overall device power consumption. We do not have any custom software designed to reduce the Tj, this will need to be done by modifying their sensor configuration and/or PCB.
