1642 ES2.0更换Flash型号需要哪些操作?



1642 ES2.0支持的flash有9种,最初使用的是MX25V1635FZNQ,如果更换成W25Q16DVZPIG或者S25FL132K0XNFB01的话,需要做些什么工作呢?

    器件支持并测试过以下型号flash。如果想换为其他型号flash,建议使用QE位(四线模式)出厂即enable的型号,

    同时如果是来自其他供应商的flash型号,有两点要求:

    • The SFDP response by the SFLASH variant
    • If the Quad Enable bit is set in the SFLASH. This is required for the “Boot and test” step to work. That why our recommendation is to select a flash variant that has this bit set from the vendor itself.
