The 'tx power back off option' is a per-tx option. The format of the tx power back off code is given in page 52 (as part of the ProfileCfg message) in the 'radar interface control document'. You can find the same in the DFP package in the directory 'ti\mmwave_dfp_XXXX\docs' . I have snipped off the relevant bits and placed a screenshot here. Let me know if this helps.
