AWR1642 使用 uniflash 连接 COM port失败

1.如果UniFlash无法连接COM端口，请尝试断开并连接USB电缆。 如果这也没有帮助，那么重新启动PC。
2.有时由于不正确地关闭Uniflash，后台进程不会关闭，在下次运行时，Uniflash不会按预期运行。 因此，从任务管理器中彻底删除DSLite.exe和FlashPythonSubprocess.exe进程（如果正在运行），然后启动Uniflash。
3.以管理员身份运行Uniflash。
4.尝试离线或在线Uniflash [https://dev.ti.com/uniflash]。
5.如果使用旧版本，请更新uniflash。
