Mouser也很想直接处理,但是TI的料件,只能按照TI给到的要求处理,他们一再强调,所有给到代理商的料件,只要有质量问题,都需要最终购买方在TI的论坛上提交,方便TI和终端直接沟通,更好的解决问题。
操作的途径就是在下面给的链接上,待TI确认有问题后,把TI的处理的结果给到mouser,mouser会处理后续的退货/退款或者其他相关问题:
Defective Returns:
Note: The supplier offers the E2E forum, https://e2e.ti.com/, for technical support. If the customer is unsure if
the board/IC is actually defective or if they may have a setup/application issue then please suggest to them to
post their question/problem on the forum to obtain TI technical support.
If they do not wish to go to E2E it is not a requirement.
