First of all, thank you for your reply. I'm sorry I didn't describe it clearly. This document is in the package of opt3101 SDK v0.9.1 (Rev. A),You can download it from this page www.ti.com/.../OPT3101EVM

Sorry for the delay. This refers to the RST_MS pin on OPT3101: pin 17.
