If you want to parse the .dat file returned by the "RECORD" function, check the OOB Demo documentation at <SDK_INSTALL_DIR>\packages\ti\demo\xwr16xx\mmw\docs\doxygen\html\index.html. This has a section on the structure of the data packet, so you should be able to use this to write a script that parses the data.
