在Properties → Build → Steps→Post-build steps中添加${COM_TI_MMWAVE_SDK_INSTALL_DIR}/packages/scripts/ImageCreator/out2rprc/out2rprc.exe <App_In_name(elf or coff)> <App_out_name> 就可以转换文件格式。
