MMWAVEICBOOST + IWR6843ISK , can't run 3D_people_count_68xx_demo.bin

first of all,  MMWAVEICBOOST + IWR6843ISK-ODS ,  run 3D_people_count_68xx_demo.bin is ok , and i can get  printf information from  serial port terminal.

but ,i download the same bin( 3D_people_count_68xx_demo.bin) to  IWR6843ISK , it  can't work,and no printf information form the terminal.

in  addtion . i want to konw tow to identify the IWR6843ISK ES2.0 and ES1.0.
