Job Description:
• Responsible for customer solution promotion by understanding customer system specification and specific requirement
• Accelerate sensing and motor control product design in to DWIN and final mass production by providing technical consultant and on-site trouble shooting in assigned territory or customers
• Involves in designing and modifying existing reference hardware and software to meet specific customer requirements.
• Help TI build and strengthen local customer technical capability and loyalty through product trainings and good customer support
• Solid understanding and good experience in applications of sensing and motion control markets
• Effective cooperation with sales and Product Business unit, Business development team & distributor teams to drive design pipeline and biz growth.
Basic Qualifications
• BS or MS degree with 5+ years of experience with sensing and motion control related system design.
• Hands-on hardware and software design experience with solid coding and debugging capability.
• A good team player and quick learner.
• Open for communication
• Self-discipline and accountability
• Native Mandarin speaker; fluent English

6848BR- Signal Chain Field Application Engineer (amplifier, ADC & DAC; Location: Shanghai)
Job Description:
1. Understand customer’s system requirements, key information of new kick-off projects, differentiation in market, challenge facing, and perform competition analysis of TI products
2. Profession knowledge and deep understanding to the application and IC-level. Provide professional technical support to customer
3. Pro-actively drive key project move forward, and take ownership to organize resources to guarantee project meet the schedule
4. Provide technical training to customers, and support marcom to present in public seminar or workshop
5. Grasp the newest market trend and provide valuable feedbacks to management, BD or BU
6. Actively contribute for new product definition
Basic Qualifications
1. Have active attitude, good accountability, solid communication skill, and team work spirit
2. Grasp professional signal chain knowledge, practical design and debug experience; deep understand the knowledge of operational amplifier, ADC and DAC products
3. Bachelor degree and above, 5 years working experience at least. Prefer industrial background
4. Open characteristics, care details, ability of building strong networks, quick response, and can accept travel requests
5. Excellent native Mandarin and English listening, speaking, reading and writing
