Responsibilities:
- Follow up new products release to meet the ramp up schedule.
- Drive Subcon to improve the test productivity (OEE and output).
- Ensure Subcon KPI of business scorecard are exceeded.
- Test equipment management, ensure good performance and low cost.
- Debug test programs and test hardware to ensure quality, highest yield, lowest cost.
Requirements:
- 3 years above working experience in semiconductor test
-Good Spoken/Written English
-Good communication skill
-More proactive attitude to execute what is requested.
