LM3S9B96 -IQC80B1 can not Download program

MY second procurement is B1 Version.When welding on my board,it can not been download. In order to eliminate the said online that download cause lock , I use SEGGER's J_Link  to test a new and  without download operation over IC. The report shows: unvilid JTAG ID, can not find core.

But I use the last purchase version of C5, everything is normal.This ruled out my circuit board design problems. I think  different version lead to download failed, for the LM3S9B96-B1 version , how to correctly operate I need  help, thank you!

    Have you checked the if the IC is damaged?

    As I know, B1 version has some issues on reset/power on (as shown in attached file, chapter 17). You can try to do some modification to your reset circuit and power supply and see if it helps.

    首先B1 的五片都是同样的问题，找不到内核（core），这个应该不会全坏。

    我根据勘误文件调整了复位阻、容值，（由于我直接用了片上LDO 供核心电压VDDC，上电时序就是默认的先VDD 在VDDC） 外接1.2V VDDC先供电，再上VDD(人为控制的差几秒) ....很遗憾，还是一样的问题。不知我这样上电Sequence是否可以。

    不知楼主的B1芯片多吗，是不是一定要用上？C5芯片会新一些能解决很多现有问题，如果可能尽量用C5版本吧

    楼主说的上电时序问题，可以用示波器看看，是否能够达到errata中要求那样？
