TI store上第一次买东西，有点疑问

买了几片逻辑芯片试试水，才总价才1.6刀。。。那么问题来了，

1、确定是免邮费的麽？不过我确实成功支付并发货了

2、是以个人名义购买，公司地址收货的，到时候需不需要提供报关资料啥的。

3、买的时候好像看到什么$150以上免邮费，store首页上又是没最小起订量，free shipping，TI的免运费政策到底是啥样的？
