2016年7月我成功申请并收到过一次样片。7月第二次申请也是成功的，但是订单一直没到，网上显示订单状态一直in process，导致我至今无法再次申请样片，给学习研究带来极大困扰。求帮助
针对不同的账户和邮箱，ti申请样品的次数是有限的，并不是无限申请的。
