XTR111输出5V电压不稳定，变送电流也不稳定

调试过程中，发现XTR111输出的5V，刚开始还稳，万用表测量是5.04V，运行一段时间 就变成了7.6V.  电流输出也不对了。将XTR111拆下之后，重新焊接又会稳定一段时间，但是还会再次发生不稳定现象。
各位工程师 帮忙指导一下啊。
