样品申请案例申请

5天前由于更换了邮箱地址，更换地址并没有提示更换后原来的权限都没有了，需要重新申请。按照客服给的提示重新申请的样品案例，今天收到邮件拒绝了，并没有给出拒绝的原因。

建议：1、更换地址给出提示。2、申请案例拒绝时适当给出原因。
