样片申请显示正在寄送中，但过去10天仍没收到

我在10月11号申请了样片，没有收到确认邮件，样片一直没收到，但是订单状态显示正在寄送中。这十天中我刚好出差，白天工作时间手机无法接电话，所以有可能没有接到快递公司的电话。我想问下是不是某些环节出了些问题，我的订单号是2598385，请帮我查询一下，谢谢。
