不是的吧，免费样片申请不需要消费的吧？
你需要申请什么芯片啊？可在产品主页上看下，如果有“申请免费样片”字样，就可以免费申请的哈。

请问您的帐号是否是免费邮箱？hotmail, qq.com?如果是的话，请改成公司邮箱，就可以继续申请样片了。
