我最近申请了芯片，由于使用了不同的地址，导致订单没有发出来。现在我想要修改收货地址，是否是按照官网上面的说的一样，如果我想修改发货地址，将修改信息通过电子邮件发送到 cnsampleconfirm@list.ti.com。我要填写的信息具体是什么？用中文填写吗？
