I am an undergraduate student majoring in electrical engineering. I only use TI chips such as MSPM0 to make school competition trolley projects for civil civilian learning, no military, aerospace or defense related usage. Please review and lift the access restriction.

    I've looked into this — the software download is requires export approval , which means you'll need to submit an application and wait for approval before the download becomes available.

    A few points to keep in mind:
    1. Use a public network​ — avoid corporate intranets or campus networks.
    2. Click the profile icon (avatar)​ in the upper-right corner of TI's website; in the dropdown, go to your personal information and fill in all required fields, including mailing address, etc.
    3. Use a company email address​ if possible.
