TAS5825M: TAS5825M has issues of excessive temperature rise in stereo mode and a problem of mute function in mono mode.

Part Number: TAS5825M

1、According to the EVM board design, the power amplifier module was integrated into the project. Without adding a heat sink, when a 4R load was connected to the AP analyzer, the chip temperature rose rapidly to 170 degrees Celsius within one minute and then shut down. I noticed that the EVM on the official website does not have a heat sink. Could you please tell me if this temperature rise is normal? If it's not normal, what are the possible ways to troubleshoot the issue? Below is my circuit diagram. Figure 1 is a partial schematic diagram, and Figure 2 is the corresponding PCB.

2. The stereo audio is muted or there is no signal, and the background noise is around -80 dB. However, once one path receives a signal, the noise level on the other path will rise significantly, and as the input signal increases, the noise level on the other path will also increase simultaneously. What might this be? Below are my test results. Figure 1 shows two channels in silent mode or without any signal. Figure 2 shows one channel receiving a signal and the other channel being silent or without any signal.
