25+和26+年份的OPA2134 用在单电源5V供电电路上不工作，更换老年份的就可以。但芯片手册是支持单5V供电的，为什么呢？？？

确实支持5V供电。如果是电路都一样，只是更换芯片就导致上述问题，可能是芯片有问题。
这个可能不一定是由于年份，也可能是只是某一个芯片的问题。
