RC4558: Use RC4558 for ADC input pre-amplification, but no valid recording signal. Please help check the circuit.

We currently use the circuit shown in the figure below for front-end amplification. Connector J1 is connected to the microphone, and IN1_P / IN1_N go to the rear-end ADC. During recording, there is no sound output; only a very large input signal can break through and be picked up. The issue can be stably reproduced after a restart. Please help confirm whether there is a problem with the circuit design.
