44K的采样， 主时钟采用12M有源晶振提供，352.8K和11K。单声音，用I2S读数据时有时偶尔会读到00 00 00的无效数据，不知道是什么情况？

你用逻辑分析仪抓取下I2S总线，看看总线上的数据，看看是MCU问题，还是时钟配置或ADC输入问题。
另外，换个12Mhz晶振看看。是不是晶振引入的问题。
