TLV320ADC3101 能抗13V直流输入吗，有隔直电容

在量产测试的时候，我们会把一个13V左右的直流输入加在IN2L/IN2R和AVSS上, 这个input pin前是有0.47uF的隔直电容，那这个直流对芯片会造成damage吗?

查询规格书得知input dao AVSS 最大能承受的电压是AVDD+0.3V也就是4.2V左右，这个应该指的是交流的RMS输入吧?

请大神指教。
