使用的PHD封装，OTW1输出低电平，100°C过温告警，SD输出关断信号--低电平，目前是上电，没有加音频信号，就已经发热了，请问是为什么，哪里出问题了，40块板子中7块出现这个问题，芯片的哪些管脚异常会导致发热比较厉害
