TPA3116手册有推荐一款散热片
这个散热片安装的时候需要在芯片和散热片之间加硅脂之类的东西吗？如果加了就把芯片的PowerPad与地网络绝缘了，这就达不到手册接地效果最佳的建议；如果不加硅脂的话会不会接触面不良好导致散热不佳的问题？
最好添加油脂。
我们建议散热器必须接地。
