我想要用I2C对PCM1795进行初始化，但是register map 显示的register 19是16 bits. 按照7.5.4.3 write register，master 写入寄存器需要register address 以及write data的数据。请问一下：16 bits 的数据是否是意味着B15-B8 代表register address，B7-B0代表write data？

或者怎么找到register address的数据？
