TAS5760L芯片底部的BGA焊盘除了起散热还起什么作用呢?有固定芯片以防止芯片脚位脱落的作用吗?如果此BGA焊盘氧化了对产品有影响吗?
您好，散热焊盘的主要作用就是帮助芯片散热。没有帮助引脚脱落的作用。
