建议检查下上电和掉电顺序是否符合 datasheet Figure 28，即上电前，建议先将reset 拉低，直到PVDD、VDD、GVDD稳定400ms后再拉高；在断电前，请先将复位RESET拉低，然后再掉电；具体见 datasheet 11.2 Powering Up 和 11.3 Powering Down。
如果按以上顺序仍不能消除，可以附上您的原理图吗？
