请问TLV320DAC3100的双音源数据能否同时通过speaker输出？

Hi everybody

We just need send two audio sources which are stored in memory to one speaker.And these two sound sources must be heard in the same time. Could TLV320DAC3100 meet this requirement?

Here is the audio schematic of our system design. We have tested it, but the speaker output sound is not what we expected result. We could not hear the two sound clearly.

Could you help to have a look and give your comment? Thank you very much!

Hi Mr. Zeng:

If my understanding is right, you want to mix the L channel and R channel, then output from the speaker. I find your schematic is digital input, so if you want to mix the L and R, you should configure register below. Please see the register below:

Thank you for your reply. Your understanding is right.

We have try to configure register according to DAC3100 datasheet in red ,but the circuit can not normally work.

Could DAC3100 meet our requirement?

The block drawing which you is AIC3100,Do we need change it ?

I think the DAC3100 can meet your requirement. Could you show me your configuration file? Do you confirm that the data have been written into the register?

The 0x3F register should be 0xFC, please also make sure the I2S audio source is the stereo not the mono. And if the left channel and right channel play the same thing, you will can't distinguish the difference.

Thank you very much for your reply.

After we check the I2S audio source,the speaker could play the correct sound.The audio source is not correct before.

By the way, we want using single speaker in our system.And we need adjust left channel and right channel sound volume independently after we mix them,How should we achieve it?

I am sorry. This part can't support adjust left channel and right channel sound volume independently.
