这个地是一定要接的，在做TPA3112的封装的时候要加上散热焊盘，散热焊盘的net是地
底部散热片本身不必须接地。地的引脚接地即可。
芯片底部散热焊盘是需要铺上相同面积的铜到地平面的，不然会由于散热不好，器件过热从而不能正常工作。TPA3112有过热保护，一旦结温超过150度的话会自动进入shutdown状态。
这个讨论问题和底部接不接地没关系。
