当功放的功率达到120W时，TPA3220功放的OTW_CLIP管脚会异常拉低。

OTW_CLIP拉低说明芯片结温超过125℃了。
您是BTL模式还是PBTL模式？RL是多少？供电电压是多少？或者说在您的配置中是否有能力输出120W？
如果设计有能力输出120W，OTW_CLIP拉低说明板子或设备散热做的不好，是否尝试在芯片上加散热片以解决过温问题？
