OPA1622: 关于OPA1622 PCB输出迹线引起的电感,在容性负载下导致增益裕度过低的问题

我使用TINA TI仿真了OPA1622,由于PCB上OPA1622的输出迹线比较长,而且外接有保护继电器至3.5mm耳机接口,加上继电器的触片电感,以1mm/1nh计算,这可能会引起几十~100nH的迹线电感,我把100nH的电感串入到OPA1622的输出端,然后接入330pf的电容模拟耳机线缆的分布电容,发现增益裕度只有7.2度,用什么办法才能提高增益裕度?
