TAS6424E-Q1: Weird problem for TAS6424E-Q1

note that the above working circuit inductors are individual, NOT common mode ones. PCB is 4-layer

and I built another 2-layer PCB, when the output capacitor(no matter 1uF or 2.2uF) connects after the inductor is connected, the IC will auto-reset most of the time without any reason.

I need help on this. below I attached the current circuit.

difference between 2 circuits:

1. working board 4-layer VS reset board 2-layer

2. output cap 2.2uf VS 1.1uf

and I could not find out more reason that it resets, need help

    let me put more details here:

    when the power supply is 20V, it works fine most of the time. but when use more than 21v, it will reset most of the time, like VBAT was triggered by voltage protection.
