TLV320AIC3104: cross signal found from L to R channel

Part Number: TLV320AIC3104

We use pin14 & 16 as Mic signal input channels(other input channels are configured as not connected),

we found that when mic signal to the left channel goes very much high, when high enough to  cause interal diodes clamping, the right ADC pops out data even the pin16 is un-connected to external circutry.

There's words describing not to exceed 2Vpp, but is this cross reaction between L and R, the consequence would occur?

As the Mic we use has internal amplifier and we currently has no schedule to implement AGC, would there be any method to avoid such phenomenon?
