首先检查参考时钟，确认参考时钟的稳定性。
50Hz抖动可能来自工频干扰，PCB布局方面，电容要靠近芯片的电源引脚，才能有效滤除噪声。可以增强电源的低频滤波。
可以借鉴官方评估版：
我们购买了LMK61E2EVM开发板，用USB供电，频谱仪与clk_out_p连接测试开发板的输出时钟，然后频谱仪MARK到中心频点156.25MHz后将频宽设置为200Hz，VBW设置为3Hz，发现也会有几十到上百Hz的偏移，请问正常么，谢谢；
