我公司使用TPL5010DDCR看门狗，原理图如下图所示。
参考手册延时电阻为10KΩ，延时时间为8秒。
使用示波器实测延时时间为10-16秒之间。
这个现象是正常的还是设计有问题？这个延时时间会出现小于8秒情况吗？
