10MHz方波转换为正弦波

我这里有一个同步时钟，源为10MHz的方波，而被同步设备只接收正弦波，所以需要将10MHz的方波转换成10MHz的正弦波，并且不能有相移，我用74HC4046做了下仿真，波形完全不对，可能是我参数设置不不对，有没有参考或更合适的方案麻烦推荐一下呢，谢谢！
