We find that when setting frequencies of 4160MHz，at -10℃，LMX2820 can not be locked.

Hello，LMX2820 works at -40 to 85 C and ideally it should not be unlock。
Could you please send the configuration of TICSpro？ Have you tried another LMX2820 to try if it is unlock duo to low temperature as this piece?

几个2820都是做了实时校准吗？因为建议只有当改变VCO频率的时候，才需要做实时校准。是在一开始配置就enable了实时校准吗？
如果2820开始在指定的频率已经lock了，那么在整个可操作的温度范围内，都是一直保持锁存的状态。
您可以直接使用TICSpro里的默认配置，先lock，然后验证是否在低温能lock。
