控制lmx2595evm，写入寄存器值的常用方法是使用TICS Pro软件控制，请问我是否可以通过python或者FPGA直接与evm通信来控制

可以，LMX2595EVM的控制接口SPI 引到了uWire connector 上，可以通过将FPGA的SPI接口连接到这个connector 进行通信控制。
这是我使用的lmx2925evm，不知道所说的uwire connector是指的哪里，另外我想用python实现，是应该通过spi接口还是usb2any传输数据
就是上图中您连接的10 pins 接口，定义看下面原理图截图：
我不了解python，因为LMX2595EVM是SPI 接口，因此建议使用SPI 接口。
