There is a 3.3V clock(0-3.3V) here, up to 50MHz sine wave, which requires level conversion to output a 5V @ 50MHz sine wave（0-5V).Please recommend a reference circuit or IC.It is a 3.3V to 5V converter with 1 or 2 channels
Another question is, which IC device should be used to convert a 50MHz sine wave signal（０－３．３Ｖ） into a square wave（０－５Ｖ）？
