我使用是TI的ADS6149的芯片，在输入采样时钟为50M的时候，我是示波器观察到采样数据的锁存时钟占空比不是50%，我已配置AD为低速模式。请问这个是什么原因造成的？
上一个示波器抓的图形吧
黄色的为输入采样时钟，而蓝色的为AD锁存时钟。
