The ADS1115 has four selectable I2C target addresses that can be used. This selection would depend on the other peripherals the customer is using on the bus and their addresses. Please see the chart below describing the ADDR pin connection and the matching target address the device will have. The current schematic you have shared will have an address of 1001001b (49h).

Additionally, it is best practice to have the smaller decoupling capacitor physically closer to the device since it will have a faster transient response. A first order RC filter on the analog input to help eliminate or reduce the effect of aliasing on the sensor measurement lines as well.
