Hi,
We are currently using the Swroop board to transmit multi-channel signals. When following the testing steps outlined in the Swroop user manual, we can observe the “Sync signal,” but we are unable to observe the output waveform from the Tx7332 (i.e., the “Tx7332 Output” shown in the diagram).

According to the manual, the +5V current limit is set to 1.5A and the -5V current limit is set to 200mA. After powering the board, the power supply displays as shown in the figure below. Is this correct?
Furthermore, after programming the FPGA bitfile, the voltage dropped from 5V to 3.3V, as shown in the figure below.

Is this normal? Could the chip have been burned out?
