输入端是CVBS信号，配置为656，工作正常，说明硬件没有问题，按手册配置为601，H，V上面没有信号输出。

1. 还是有可能硬件问题呀，hsync/vsync被后端芯片拉住了，不能改变电平。看看能不能悬空测试
2. 看到你0f寄存器的设置，你可以尝试测量FID信号有没有翻转，表示的是奇偶场
3. 这套软件配置以前是否有验证过的？
4. 使能hsync/vsync应该不会影响SAV/EAV，5150会照常输出他们, 所以后端芯片应该还是能够收到图像的，对吗
