请问DAC0800怎么输出正负10V电压

我用的是TI的soic封装的DAC0800 怎么不能输出正负10V 因为没有接触过这样的DAC所有是按照datesheet里搭建的 可是8个信号全给1 8脚输出是-9.6 全给0 8脚输出的是-4.8V    能不能给个参考电路图  我就是想要个有个输出脚能输出正负10V给运放的负输入端。
